Last month, we blogged about new functionality to the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP) to allow authorized users to view and print correspondence via the portal, which is now accessible.  This is beneficial when correspondence related to the conditional payment recovery process has not been received.

In addition, today, a new MSPRP User Guide was issued and can be found here. The updates to the user guide are significant for authorized MSPRP users and add some additional improvements to assist in the recovery process.

For any questions regarding the new user guide or the new MSPRP functionality, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
